If you've been in the park this week (and who hasn't given the weather) you've noticed activity in the and around the pond. This morning crews began to install aqua-block (clay-coated stone) on the base of the pond. This is the first step of repairs that have been contracted by the Columbus Recreation & Parks Department to address the leak(s) identified last fall. The contract calls for the base of the pond to be lined w/ clay-coated stone and that the pond be refilled by the contractor upon completion of the lining.

Friends and Neighbors - We hope that you will mark your calendars and plan to join us for our Annual FGP Gala on Wednesday December 7th from 6-9 pm. Each year the FGP Gala is a chance to mingle with friends and neighbors and show support for the entire Goodale Park community. This year's gala is being generously hosted at 148 Buttles Avenueby the Brown family.

The evening will feature plenty of food and wine from local businesses and a silent auction of donated artwork and community business gift certificates.
